Fuel pump
专利摘要:
There is described a multicylinder fuel injection pump wherein the fuel rack which extends within the pump housing and in the length dimension thereof and which, when longitudinally shifted, alters the angular position of each pump piston in its cylinder for varying the effective pressure strokes, is supported along its entire length by a guide rail of U-shaped cross section held within the pump housing and extending along the entire length thereof.

The invention relates to engine technology. A fuel pump for an internal combustion engine is known, comprising a housing, cylindrical bushings and plungers arranged in it in a row, rotatable in bushings to change the fuel supply, and a control device made in the form of a rail movable in the longitudinal direction connected to the plungers and installed in the openings of the housing fl]. The disadvantage of this pump is that its control device to provide the necessary rigidity in the conditions of rapid load changes is cumbersome with increased weight, which adversely affects the regulation process. The purpose of the invention is to improve the stability of the rail. This goal is achieved by the fact that the latter is installed on the direction 25 lyakhtsey, the inner profile of which has a rectangular cross section with a slot located on the side of the plungers, and the guide is made with bent tabs and mounted in holes in the housing on the supports located one at a time of each end face. In this case, one support is rigidly fixed to the housing, and the other is mounted with the possibility of movement in the housing. The fixed support is made in. in the form of a plate with openings and a flange for locking the guide. The movable support is made in the form of a casing with a cylindrical part installed in the opening of the housing. . _ Inside the housing, a compensating spring is installed parallel to the · 13 guide rail, one end of which is fixed to the rail and the other is connected to the guide. In FIG. 1 shows a pump, cross section; in FIG. 2 - the same, longitudinal section; in FIG. 3 - guide; in FIG. 4 - rail; in FIG. 5 - details of a fixed support; in FIG. 6 is a view of the installation of a compensating spring; in FIG. 7 is a modified version of fixing the compensating spring. The pump comprises a housing 1, cylindrical bushings 2 and plungers 3 mounted in it, rotatable in bushings 2, and a control device made by David moving in the longitudinal direction of the rail 4 connected to the plungers 3 and installed in openings 5 housing 1. The rail 4 ustanovle- e on on the guide 6, the inner profile of which has a rectangular cross-section ^ 7 with a slit situated on the part 3. plungers. „ The guide is made with bent tabs 8 and installed in the holes of the housing 1 on the supports 9 and 10, located one on each of its front sides. The support 9 is rigidly fixed to the housing 1, and the other support 15 is mounted for movement in the housing 11. The fixed support 9 is made in the form of a plate with openings 12 and a flange 13 for locking the guide 6. The movable 20 support 10 is made in the form of a casing 14 with a cylindrical part 15 installed in the hole 5 of the housing 1. Compensating 25 spring 16 is installed inside the housing 1 parallel to the guide b, one end of which is fixed to the rail 4 using the pin 17, and the other is connected to the guide b. Pump operation is carried out in a suitable manner. When the operator acts on the rail 4, the latter, moving, expands the plungers 3 in the bushings 2. This causes a change in fuel supply. The increase in fuel supply corresponds to the direction of movement of the rail 4, in which the spring 16 is stretched. The spring 16 tends to move the rail 4 to the position when the fuel supply is turned off 40. With the heating of the engine and pump, the guide 6 of the rail 4 is extended, but due to the supply the regulating device with a movable support 10 prevents deformation of the guide rail and pinching of the rail 4. This increases the reliability of the pump. Thus, the use of a guide for lightweight rail can improve its stability.

Claims (5) [1] The invention relates to engine construction. A fuel pump for an internal combustion engine is known, comprising a housing, cylindrical sleeves and plungers mounted therein in a row, rotatably mounted in sleeves to change the fuel supply, and a regulating device performed as a longitudinally movable rail connected to plungers and installed in the holes x of the fl. The disadvantage of this pump is that its regulating device in order to provide the necessary rigidity under the conditions of a fast load change is cumbersome with an increased weight, negatively affecting the adjustment process. The purpose of the invention is to improve the stability of the rail. This goal is achieved by the fact that the latter is mounted on a hc, the internal profile of which has a rectangular cross section with a slot located on the side of the plungers, the rail being made with bent legs and mounted in the holes of the housing on supports that are located one with each its face side. In this case, one support is rigidly fixed to the housing, and the other is mounted for movement in the housing. The fixed support is made in. a plate with openings and a flange for locking the guide. The movable support is made in the form of a casing with a cylindrical part installed in the opening of the housing. Inside the housing, a compensating spring is installed parallel to the rail, one end of which is fixed to the rail and the other end is connected to the rail. FIG. 1 shows a pump, cross section; FIG. 2 - the same, longitudinal section; FIG. 3 - steering; in fig. 4 - rake; in fig. 5 - parts fixed, in FIG. b - view of the installation of the compensating spring; in fig. 7 - a modified version of the fastening of the compensating 51G. The pump includes a housing 1, cylindrical bushings 2 and plungers 3 mounted therein, arranged to be rotated through sleeves 2, and a regulating device made as longitudinally movable as rail 4 connected to plunger 3 and mounted in hole 5 housing 1. The rail 4 is mounted on the guide 6, the internal profile of which has a rectangular cross section with a slot 7 located on the side of the plungers 3. The guide is made with the legs 8 bent and installed in the openings 5 of the housing 1 on the supports 9 and 10, one for each of its face side. The support 9 is rigidly fixed to the housing 1, and the other support 10 is mounted with the possibility of being mounted in the housing 11. The fixed support 9 is made in the form of a plate 11 with openings 12 and a flange 13 to baffle the guide 6. The movable support 10 is made in the form of a casing 14 with a cylindrical part 15 installed in the opening 5 of the housing 1. Inside the housing 1, a compensating spring 16 is installed parallel to the guide b, one end of which is fixed to the rake 4 by means of the finger 17, and the other is connected to the guide b. The pump is operated as follows. When the operator acts on the rail 4, the latter, moving, deploys the plungers 3 in the sleeves 2. This causes a change in the fuel supply. The increase in the fuel supply corresponds to the direction of movement of the rail 4, in which the spring 16 is stretched. Spring 16 tends to move the rail 4 to a position when the fuel supply is turned off. With the heating of the engine and pump, the rail 4 of the rail lengthens, but due to supplying the regulating device with the movable support 10 prevents the deformation of the guide 6 and the pinching of the rail 4. This increases the reliability of the pump. Thus, the use of a guide for light rail makes it possible to improve its stability. Claim 1. A fuel pump for an internal combustion engine, comprising a housing, cylindrical bushings and plungers arranged to rotate in the bushings in a row to change the fuel supply, and a control device made in the form of a slider movable in the longitudinal direction, connected to the plungers and mounted in the holes of the housing, characterized in that, in order to improve the stability of the rail, the latter is mounted on a guide, the internal profile of which has a rectangular transverse It has a cross section with a slot located on the side of the plungers, and the guide is arched with bent legs and is installed in the openings of the housing on supports that are located one on each of its front side.
